Easter Blessings

What a wonderful day and the sun is even shining here in western Washington.  We are planning our annual egg hunt in the cul de sac and brunch tomorrow.  The kids have so much fun. Should be around 18 kids participating this year.  I've stuffed hundreds of plastic eggs with candy, money and rocks.  I don't know who has more fun, the kids are me!

I brought this card to our monthly American Ink Demonstrator's March gathering for our make and take.  I really like the Easter Blessings stamp which is on page 24 of the Spring Catalog.  I embossed it with the Vintage Wallpaper folder which always adds class to any card.  The egg is cut from the Oval Framelits Collection and the stamps came from the Bright Blossoms stamp set. I used Primrose Petals and Gumball Green on the flowers.  It's a plain and simple card, but looks elegant.

  1. I'm thinking about you today! I only stuffed 72 plastic eggs. I can only imagine stuffing enough for the entire neighborhood! Have a glorious Easter!

  2. Just being snoopy by coming to your blog -- love your art!! I always envy others that can sit down and design WOW cards and now I can add you to my list!! I hope you don't mind if I come back to visit and maybe CASE once in a while.
